Moe Iqbal is a senior accountant at the New Orleans office of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, a nationally-ranked, top-20 accounting and consulting firm. He works in teams to conduct audits of businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and local governments in order to certify their annual financial reports, providing assurance to stakeholders that financial data is presented accurately, fairly, and in accordance with relevant standards.
Moe was raised in the New Orleans area, graduating from Grace King High School in Metairie and then from Loyola University New Orleans where he majored in Social Sciences with a concentration in Political Science. Moe then attended the University of New Orleans, where he completed a post-baccalaureate accounting program before obtaining his CPA license.
Throughout high school and college, Moe worked in the restaurant and wedding industries, where he developed a strong appreciation for teamwork and customer service.
Moe’s roots have allowed him to bring a people-friendly approach to public accounting where he values teamwork and places great emphasis on client service.
