  • Research Assistant, Arizona State University (2000-continuing) Research assistant for: Michael Mokwa , Michael Hutt, Beth Walker
  • Co-founder and Manager, Bakery at Farm to Market (1990-1999) Started and managed an entrepreneurial bakery; responsible for all product decisions, creative development and production for a retail/wholesale bakery; recruited, trained, and managed staff. Attended four-month intensive culinary school La Cucina Italiana delle Sorelle Simili in Bologna, Italy, 1995.
