Our Mission
The purpose of the bachelor of business administration degree in management is to train students to articulate, integrate and implement vision through others. They must understand the integrative nature of an organization, comprehend the external forces shaping the organization's direction and goals. Simultaneously, within an organization, they must know how to utilize interpersonal, conceptual, technical skills in a creative, socially responsible, global, ethical and effective manner.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the major:
- Graduates will have total understanding of the global and integrative nature of the organization and view it as a system
- Graduates will possess the technical, human, and conceptual skills to be effective managers
- Graduates will be able to perform as top managers in developing the organization's vision, goal, policies and strategic plan
- Graduates will be able to manage organization's physical, human and financial resources
- Graduates will be able to manage technology within the organization and be able to identify new development in technology that is related to the growth of the organization
