Lecturer in Management
Scott has over 20-years’ experience in production, operations, logistics, supply chain, systems engineering/evaluation and contracting in the Federal Government, and 20-years’ in process engineering/re-engineering and improvement/modifications. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 1976, and entered Active Duty in July 1977. Scott retired in 1998 after 20-years of service in the Aviation and Supply/Logistics communities.
He earned two Bachelor degrees in HRM and Social Psychology from Park University, Parkville, Missouri, and the University of Maryland Asian Division while deployed overseas. In addition, he earned an MS/MBA at University of Maryland University College for HRM and Business Administration, Strategic Management in 2005. Scott started teaching in 2006 in several disciplines, focusing on business related courses including quality control and supply chain/logistics.
