Gordon Lloyd Discusses Religion and Globalization

Gordon Lloyd, Olin Professor of Public Policy at Pepperdine University, was welcomed to Loyola’s campus last April to discuss the Archbishop of Canterbury’s recent lecture on religion and globalism.

Lloyd is the co-author of three books on the American founding, author of two forthcoming publications on political economy, and has numerous articles and book reviews to his credit. His areas of research include the California constitution, common law, the New Deal, slavery and the Supreme Court, and the relationship between politics and economics.

Legendre-Soule Distinguished Chair in Business Ethics Nicholas Capaldi invited Lloyd as part of the university’s Biever Guest Lecture Series.
