Andrew Dalton

Since 2019, Andrew has worked at KeyString Labs, the innovation lab at Entergy that develops new products and services for its 3m utility customers. 

As Senior Product Operations Manager, Andrew is focused on designing and executing strategy behind Entergy’s innovation processes and methodologies to create a unified, customer-focused approach across Entergy’s product development. He also facilitates innovation summits, hackathons, education, and workshops. 

Andrew graduated from Loyola University in 2015 with a BBA in International Business. During his time at Loyola, Andrew served as a Senator in the Student Government Association, acted as the student body representative in the University Strategic Planning Board, and was an active board member of INBus. Additionally, Andrew studied Economics and Mandarin Chinese at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. 

Following graduation, Andrew relocated to Silicon Valley to join Beepi, a peer-to-peer car marketplace startup where he was responsible for managing customer operations and acted as the voice of customers for business operations and legal projects. In 2016, Andrew joined Booster Fuels, an on-demand gasoline delivery service, where he focused on scaling operations with customer centricity at the core and product managed operations technology. In 2018, he was recruited to iAnthus, where he was responsible for Launch Strategy and Product Marketing in the cannabis space. In 2019, Andrew returned to Louisiana, where he was born and raised, to join Entergy Corporation.
