Philip Lenz is an adopted son of New Orleans. Originally from Louisville, KY, he relocated to New Orleans in 2013. Since relocating, he has been the Director of Human Resources for Audubon Nature Institute and is currently in the same role for Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts in the heart of the French Quarter. While serving as Director of Human Resources, he has spearheaded innovative initiatives geared to increase workplace efficiency and automate the HR experience. Additionally, he is actively involved with the national and local chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management and currently serves on the NOLA SHRM Collegiate Relations Board.
Prior to moving to New Orleans, Philip lived near Cincinnati, OH. During this time, he was a strategic HR Business Partner for Kalvin Consulting, a national SAP & IBM consulting firm. Prior to Kalvin, he was a Talent & Sourcing Consultant for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
In addition to his work in the HR field, he has also has been a successful small business owner. He independently owned and operated Lenz Property Management, an all-inclusive property management company providing professional property management solutions & services for partnered and company owned property in the United States Midwest.
Academically, Philip received his Bachelor of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
