Stephanie Kreller was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After completing high school at Mount Carmel Academy, she graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. In addition to earning a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Administration, Stephanie completed a concentration program in Internal Audit, and worked within Audit at JP Morgan Chase within the Treasury and Security Services sector based in Tampa, FL. She also completed an internship with UBS Investments in portfolio management in New Orleans. While attending LSU, she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority, Delta Omega chapter, and volunteered as a tutor for Cancer Services for Greater Baton Rouge. Stephanie participated as a member of the National Student Exchange program, and attended College of Charleston in Charleston, SC for one academic year.
After graduating from LSU in 2007, Stephanie moved back to New Orleans working in outside sales selling financial products to small to medium-sized businesses re-opening in the New Orleans metro area following Hurricane Katrina. After obtaining sales experience, she moved into a different role as a territory manager for KCI within the medical device industry. Stephanie took her experience and knowledge with her into her current role, and moved into the non-profit sector overseeing the Marketing department in Vision Rehab Services for Lighthouse Louisiana (formerly Lighthouse for the Blind New Orleans), a non-profit organization serving the hearing impaired and visually impaired/blind community in southeast Louisiana since 1914. Lighthouse Louisiana is a not for profit organization dedicated to serving the blind and visually impaired community by providing quality products, services, and opportunities for independence. In addition to a core, modern manufacturing operation that employs people with visual impairments, we offer a range of work-force development, independent living, and visual rehabilitation services.
