Tracey Henneman

Tracey is a born and raised New Orleanian. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Communications. While attending Loyola she replied to a posting by Loyola’s Career Development Center for an internship at Audubon Nature Institute. This internship led to a five year career where she gained experience in fundraising, operations, and management. Driven by a passion for business and nonprofit work, she went on to receive a Masters of Public Administration from the University of New Orleans.

After several years in the nonprofit sector, Tracey chose to expand her business experience by entering the insurance industry. She is now a licensed health and benefits consultant at Mercer, a global human resources consulting firm with more than 21,000 employees and a mission to provide employers with successful strategies to optimize the health, wealth, and careers of their employees. At Mercer, Tracey is responsible for assisting clients with the management of their benefit offerings through market and budget analytics, healthcare reform compliance, and the development of benefit program strategies helping to ensure her clients recruit and retain talented employees.

Outside of work, Tracey is the proud mom of two cats, an avid reader, runner, and member of the Junior League of New Orleans.
