Kendra Reed

Kendra Reed is a Professor of Management and holder of the Barry and Teresa LeBlanc Distinguished Professorship of Business Ethics. Her areas of expertise include organizational climate and behavior, management decision making, human resource management, and business ethics.

Her research has been published in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Communication, and Journal of Business Ethics. The Journal of Medical Practice Management, and Journal of Financial Regulation and Compliance.

With a PhD from the University Nebraska-Lincoln, she has prior experience working with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Syracuse University, and the University of Northern Iowa. Reed also worked professionally in human resource management and consulting roles for seven years prior to pursuing her PhD.  She earned her MBA from DePaul University and a BSEd from Northwestern University, both in Chicago.

Reed has received the Outstanding Teaching and Advising Award from both undergraduates and MBA students; pioneer the Academic Integrity policy/council; served as MBA Director, Area Chair, Faculty Senator, Delta Sig Advisor, and NAIA Faculty Representative; and thrives on the Jesuit mission and values of appreciation of things both great and small, pursuit of excellence, and a discerning mindset finding God in all things.
