Loyola MBA Alumna named one of D.C.'s 'Top 40 Under 40'

Alumna Elizabeth Scott, MBA’06 was recognized as one of Washington D.C.’s “Top 40 Under 40” by the latest edition of The Washington Business Journal, which features the area’s top business and community leaders and owners under 40.

Alumna Elizabeth Scott, MBA’06 was recognized as one of Washington D.C.’s “Top 40 Under 40” by the latest edition of The Washington Business Journal, which features the area’s top business and community leaders and owners under 40.

The Birmingham, Ala., native was pursuing her MBA at Loyola when she was forced to relocate in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Six years later, she is the principle owner of Eats Good Media, a hospitality consulting business, as well as the co-founder of Cohn’s Culinary & Hospitality Management Academy, a D.C. nonprofit that ushers underprivileged youth into the hospitality industry with hands-on training, field trips and guest lectures.
