After 2 and a half years of working in the marketing department for Emeril’s restaurants, Colin Lacy has been promoted to Marketing Manager. He is responsible for the New Orleans and Las Vegas markets including: Emeril’s New Orleans, Emeril’s Delmonico, NOLA, Delmonico Steakhouse, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House and Table 10.

“I started my marketing career as a recent communications graduate.  I had a strong sense of how modern media played into business settings, but didn't know much about the strategic side of my company's operations - finances, accounting, operations, planning, etc.  Loyola's MBA program taught me everything I needed to ingrain myself in the corporate operations, and take a leadership role in the marketing department.  What I learned helped me understand the needs of the operations and culinary departments, while still being able to focus on creating attainable goals for our marketing program.  I've since taken an entrepreneurial stance on the projects I participate in, and the benefits show in my work ethic, and in operational results."

Colin received his MBA degree from Loyola in 2010 and also graduated with an undergraduate degree in Communications and Philosophy from Loyola in 2007.
