Kirsten Romero serves as the Program Coordinator for the College of Business at Loyola University New Orleans, a role she has held since 2023.

Kirsten earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, where she developed an interest in organizational development and student services. At Loyola, she plays a key role in coordinating academic programs, supporting faculty and student initiatives, and streamlining administrative operations within the College of Business.

In 2025, Kirsten was awarded the Team Award for her joint work with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development in successfully bringing New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW) to Loyola's campus. This recognition highlights her collaborative spirit and commitment to enhancing the student experience through entrepreneurial and community-focused events.
