Laura K. Beauchamp is employed by Entergy Services, Inc. as Manager of Regulatory Affairs for Entergy Louisiana, LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. which are operating companies within Entergy Corporation. Entergy Corporation is an integrated energy company engaged primarily in electric power production and retail distribution operations. Entergy delivers electricity to 2.8 million utility customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas and has annual revenues of more than $11 billion.
After graduating from Tulane University with a degree in Finance in 2000, Laura began her career with Entergy. Over the years, she has had various roles of increasing responsibility in Cash Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Corporate Planning and her current role in Regulatory Affairs. In this role, Laura is responsible for leading ratemaking initiatives (including resource procurements, asset acquisitions, formula rate plans, rate cases, and financing activities) for Entergy’s Louisiana jurisdictions and testifies on rate issues before the Louisiana Public Service Commission.
While working at Entergy, Laura received her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Energy Finance from Tulane University in 2004.
Laura has been a big sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Louisiana since 2010.
