Lee Pitre

Lee F. Pitre is the President and CEO of TechComm Associates, Inc. (TCA), a global Training and Marketing company. Dr. Pitre founded TCA in 1981 to provide customized management and employee training on topics, such as Corporate Health and Safety, Presentations, Personnel Issues, Technical Writing, and Operations. She has designed and implemented training and marketing programs for companies worldwide, including ExxonMobil, Shell, Dow, and Placid Oil. Additionally, she consults with privately-owned companies, health care providers, technology companies, professional organizations, financial institutions and nonprofit organizations. She continues to guest lecture at several universities.

Dr. Pitre’s programs span all media and approaches she has developed training programs for clients as far away as China and Chad. She has written, produced and directed over 200 videos, receiving international recognition from the New York Multimedia Festival for excellence in interactive video training.

Dr. Pitre has designed numerous executive and management programs, developed presentations and coached key executives, and taught staff programs for clients. She has worked with Company Management Teams to develop marketing strategies and materials for various media, including websites, tradeshows, and television commercials.

She has been on the faculty of Louisiana State University (LSU) and The University of Texas at Austin (UT). In addition, her training classes have included professionals as diverse as engineers, bankers, CPAs and health care employees. She has, also, developed strategic plans and job descriptions for both private sector companies and non-profit organizations. She has served as President of Quota International of Baton Rouge, the Arts Council of Livingston Parish, and the Mental Health Association of Greater Baton Rouge. She has been on the Executive Board of the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana, the Baton Rouge Chapter of the American Red Cross, and the Baton Rouge Ballet. Currently, she is on the Board of the Spirit of ’76 Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
