Marcia Kathryn loves her work with Cisco which centers around commercial customers in southern Louisiana and southern Mississippi including regional law firms, financial institutions, hospitals, construction companies, oil field services companies, casinos and sports teams including the New Orleans Hornets and the World Champion New Orleans Saints. Her job is to work with customers to build networks that enhance the way they do business and compete in their industries.

She is experienced in leveraging technology to transform business process, increase efficiency, enhance the customer experience and increase revenue. She enjoys collaborating with her customers and aligning resources to meet their objectives. She is skilled in creative strategy development, sales, customer service, marketing, project management, ROI analysis and team leadership. She enjoys working with all of her customers and the great Cisco partners in the Gulf South that implement Cisco customer solutions. Marcia Kathryn is committed to customer service excellence and long term partnerships that support customer success.

Before joining Cisco, Marcia Kathryn worked for BellSouth in New Orleans and Alabama. She spent nine years working with one customer, Regions Financial, as an account manager and technology integration consultant. Regions grew during her tenure from a $50B regional bank to a $140B super regional top ten US bank with over two thousand locations. She collaborated closely with the world class Information Technology team at Regions to support the bank's organic growth, merger, and acquisition expansion. She also helped deliver technology and business process innovation.

Marcia Kathryn grew up in New Orleans, graduated from Ben Franklin High School and then Loyola University with a B.A. in English. She is honored to participate in Loyola’s College of Business Executive Mentoring Program and is hugely impressed each year with the talent, energy and enthusiasm of the Loyola students.
