Morgan Hawkins, MBA currently serves as Diversity & Community Specialist at Textron Systems in New Orleans, a company that specializes in defense/aerospace manufacturing. In that particular HR role, she focuses on diversity, equity & inclusion efforts and company community engagement & support. Prior to her current role, Morgan worked in a marketing project management role when she joined her organization in 2020.
She holds a B.S. in Marketing from McNeese State University, and attended Loyola University New Orleans as a graduate student where she obtained her MBA in 2019. In 2022, she obtained the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida.
In her spare time, the Lake Charles native enjoys spending time with her friends & family, traveling and trying new restaurants in the city. She has an interest in giving back & volunteering her time, as well as mentoring.
Morgan is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
