Jiarra Rayford is the owner and broker of Rayford Realty NOLA LLC. She graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School.
Jiarra holds a Master of Science in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She also holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Business Management from the University of New Orleans. Her designations include ABR, PSA, AHWD, PMN, CSND, 10KSB Goldman Sachs Alumni. Her Certifications include Executive Leadership from Roosevelt University, Management Certification from Harvard University Online and Housing Development from Southern University in Baton Rouge. She is a current candidate for CBR, PMN and CCIM candidate.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtor Estate Brokers, 2023 President of Women’s Council of Realtor® New Orleans Metropolitan Network and the state of Louisiana Women’s Council of Realtors 1st-Vice President, 2021 Director of Programs for the Women’s Council of Realtors New Orleans Metropolitan Network, member of Grievance and CID committees with NOMAR, 2022 WCR President Elect, and 2022-2023 Commercial Investment Divisions Scholarship & Education committees.
She also regularly volunteers for several community-oriented non-profit organizations in the New Orleans area, including Boys Hope Girls Hope and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She is also the 2023 Board President for OC Haley Merchet Association.
Her most recent awards include 2019 & 2020 Millennial Award Nominee, 2020 CID & CCIM Scholarship recipient, 2022 Goldman Sachs Scholarship & Alumni and 2022 Women’s Council of Realtors® Entrepreneur of the year.
In her spare time, she loves to binge watch law and medical shows such as Law & Order and Grey’s Anatomy. Jiarra enjoys spending time with her husband and her twins.
