Blake Simon

Blake Simon is the current Sr. Director of Ticket Service and Operations for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. In his current role, Blake oversees all aspects of customer service for season ticket holders for both teams, including season ticket holder benefits and events. Blake grew up in Metairie, Louisiana, and is a Loyola University of New Orleans History Major Graduate with minors in Business Administration and Marketing (Class of 2007). During college, Blake has interned for Fox Sports in Los Angeles. Shortly after graduating, he began working as an inside sales representative for the New Orleans Pelicans (then N.O. Hornets) in their Ticket Sales Department. He was later promoted to a Ticket Service and Retention Account Executive, where he found his passion for providing outstanding customer service to season ticket holders. After the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans merged, he was promoted to Service and Retention Manager for both teams, then later Sr. Director of Ticket Service and Operations. With over 18 years of experience in professional sports, Blake has overseen and assisted with many significant projects and events impacting season ticket holders including the recent renovations of the Caesars Superdome leading up to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. He also has had extensive training with the Disney Institute’s Elevate Customer Service program. Blake is married to Julie Simon, a fellow Loyola of New Orleans College of Business Economics Graduate, and they are parents to a NOLA Lab Rescue dog named Gracie.
