Lyle "Lundi" Hunter

Lyle “Lundi” Hunter is an experienced credit risk management professional and entrepreneur based in New Orleans. With over a decade of expertise in Public Finance and Non-Profit Lending, he currently serves as a Portfolio Manager (Vice President) at Regions Bank, where he actively manages the bank’s municipal and non-profit loans for Louisiana. His deep understanding of the municipal lending space has made them a key player in structuring complex credit requests for customers and internal process improvement initiatives.

In addition to his corporate role, Lundi is the founder and owner of Crescent City Burgers, a local food business that started with a tent and fryer and is slowly growing into a well-loved business serving festivals, second lines, and catered events. Known for its famous shrimp-stuffed hamburgers, Crescent City Burgers is transitioning into a fully operational food truck to bring even more flavor to New Orleans.

Lundi also founded Lundi Gras Homes, a property investment company that continues to show promising growth. Lundi has applied his expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making to successfully identify profitable real estate investments. His ability to collaborate with contractors, architects, banks, and realtors ensures the development of high-quality, desirable properties.

Lundi is an alumnus of Loyola University New Orleans (BBA) and Barry University (MBA).
