Moe is a manager in the New Orleans branch of EisnerAmper, a national accounting and advisory firm based in New York City. He focuses on providing mid-market M&A advisory and forensic accounting, helping businesses with financial due diligence, carve-out accounting, earn-out calculations, forecasts, and other quantitative considerations needed to navigate transactions and disputes.
Moe grew up in the New Orleans area and graduated from Loyola in 2014 with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Social Sciences and a minor in Business Administration. He then attended the University of New Orleans where he completed a post-baccalaureate accounting program in 2015. He has since worked in public accounting at regional and local firms where he was an external auditor and, since March 2020, an M&A and forensic accounting advisor.
Moe's local roots and the education he received at Loyola have allowed him to bring a people-friendly approach to public accounting, valuing teamwork and client service. He recently completed a Master of Science in Analytics from Louisiana State University and has begun applying concepts and methods of advanced statistical modeling, computer programming, and operations research to his field, enhancing the depth of services provided to clients.
