Patrick is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Management Information Systems. He now has more than 30 years’ experience in the Employee Benefits business. Patrick moved to New Orleans in 1999 and, since then, has made his home in South Louisiana. As an Employee Benefit Advisor at Marsh McLennan Agency, he provides clients with long-term financial strategies when designing and implementing their employee benefit programs. Patrick’s experience with insurance companies provides him with a unique perspective on how insurance companies work.
Patrick is the 2024-25 NOLA SHRM President and has been on the NOLA SHRM Board since 2017. He is also an Ironman triathlete and Ultramarathoner, having completed over 100 endurance events.
