Shercole is a proud native of New Orleans, where she was born and raised. She attended public high school at Warren Easton. A first-generation college and graduate school graduate. She earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Business School in 2004. Continuing her academic journey, she obtained a Master of Arts in Arts Administration with a focus on non-profit management from the University of New Orleans. Additionally, she holds a certification in technical studies from Delgado Community College.
Shercole is also heavily involved at Loyola University. She was the 2021-2023 President of the Loyola University Alumni Association and still serves on the board as a Presidential Appointee and Past President. In addition, she served on the Loyola University President Nominating Committee.
Currently, Shercole serves as the Vice President of Administration and Operations at VIA LINK, where she oversees all operations, including development and human resources. She remains deeply committed to human services program development work. In her free time, Shercole loves all things reading, Beyonce, cocktails, Harry Potter, and waiting to judge the MET Gala. Shercole is guided by the inspiring words of Maya Angelou: "Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it."
