Tom Daly is a Loyola alumnus and seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry. He founded his own agency in 2001 and successfully sold it to NFP in 2018, where he continues to serve clients as a trusted advisor. Tom is passionate about helping organizations navigate uncertainty by aligning risk capital with human capital strategy. Beyond work, he's is an engaged Executive mentor, podcast co-host, and father of three. Tom enjoys tennis, thought-provoking conversations, and finding ways to connect people with purpose. He’s excited to give back to the Loyola community and support students as they explore their paths.
