Perry Faulkner is the Executive Director of First Tee – Greater New Orleans, where he leads one of the top-performing chapters in the organization's national network. First Tee is a national youth development organization that uses the game of golf to teach life skills, character education, and healthy habits to young people, helping them build the confidence and resilience to succeed both on and off the course. Perry brings more than 13 years of experience with the PGA TOUR and the First Tee Foundation, along with a track record of building programs, growing revenue, and expanding access to youth development for kids across the communities he serves.
Perry holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from Tulane University, where he served as a Public Service Fellow. He began his career in youth programming as Director of Programs for First Tee – Greater New Orleans, growing the program from 40 participants at a single location to more than 800 participants across 13 program locations in just four years.
From 2018 to 2022, Perry served as Executive Director of First Tee – Northeast Wisconsin, where he led fundraising efforts and oversaw the construction of the chapter's first permanent learning center. In 2023, he returned to New Orleans to lead his home chapter as Executive Director. Under his leadership, First Tee – Greater New Orleans has grown from 800 participants to more than 1,500 in three years, more than doubled its operating budget, and achieved a fourfold increase in donor-generated funds. Today, the chapter stands among the distinguished Top 25 chapters within First Tee's 180-chapter national network.
