Bio
Zach Leto is a proud New Orleans native and earned his MBA from Loyola University of New Orleans in 2024. He attended the University of New Orleans, where he earned a BA in English in 2016.
Zach’s career began in local government, learning the ropes of mapping and GIS for the Plaquemines Parish Assessor’s Office. Using the skills he picked up along the way, he found a new path at Entergy in 2018, where he has held roles of increasing responsibility in electric distribution, grid modernization, training and communications, policy and compliance, and project management. In his current role as a Hyperscale Program Specialist, he supports the execution of Entergy Louisiana’s hyperscale customer capital projects portfolio.
Zach’s time in the electric utility industry has taught him how to navigate the complex challenges of finding innovative solutions to provide reliable and affordable power for customers. It requires honest collaboration and teamwork, critical thinking, and strong communication skills – all of which he hopes to share with his mentorship group.
This is his first year as a mentor for the Business Portfolio Program, and he is excited to share his life and career experience with first-year students as they set out on their own education and career journeys.
