Kevin D. Gordon
Background – Originally from Detroit, MI, Kevin received his undergraduate degrees from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where he was a student-athlete and played football for 2 years. Kevin graduated in December 2009 with a bachelor degree in Management, a bachelor degree in Marketing, a bachelor degree in Speech Communication, and a minor and certificate in Entrepreneurship. In May 2015, Kevin received his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans focusing in Organizational Performance Excellence and Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Strategic Management.
Professionally – Kevin is in the field of Supply-Chain and Logistics Management. He started with Cargill, Inc. as an Operations and Production Supervisor in the Grain & Oilseed Supply Chain for North America he also gained experience with college recruiting at various universities and special programs within the company, along with diversity and inclusion assignments for the gulf region. Kevin then had the opportunity to work for PepsiCo as a Distribution Manager. In this role, Kevin was responsible for the logistics of products from the centralized warehouse to the other locations and customers in southern Louisiana. Currently, Kevin is a Supply Chain Manager for Ochsner Health System and manages the supply chain/logistics of products for the hospital at the Jefferson Highway location and other clinics/locations in the New Orleans region.
Affiliations – Kevin is the current Board President for Orleans Parish 4-H Board Foundation and the Scholarship Foundation Chairman for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Sigma Lambda Chapter.
