AACSB Accreditation

One of the best business schools in the world

AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) International is an association of more than 1,100 educational institutions, business and other organizations in 70 countries that are dedicated to the advancement of management education worldwide.  In addition to service as the premier accreditation body for institutions offering undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degrees in business and accounting, the association also conducts a wide array of conferences and seminar programs at various locations around the world.

The College of Business' baccalaureate program was accredited by AACSB International in 1950. The graduate division of the college was established in 1961, and accredited by the AACSB in 1974. The College of Business most recently achieved maintenance of accreditation in 2023.

There are 1000+ schools of business worldwide who have earned this distinguished hallmark of excellence in management education.  To maintain accreditation a business program must undergo a rigorous internal review every 5 years, at which the program must demonstrate its continued commitment to the 21 quality standards relating to faculty qualification, strategic management of resources, interactions of faculty and students, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and achievement of learning goals in degree programs.
